Our Values & Mission
At the heart of this business is one simple belief: every pet deserves to feel safe, loved, and understood. No two animals are the same, and that’s what makes them special. That’s why we take the time to learn their unique personalities, respect their boundaries, and build trust at their own pace—whether that means extra patience for a nervous pup, slow introductions for a shy cat, or a little extra TLC for a senior pet.
But for us, pet care isn’t just about the animals—it’s also about the people who love them. We know that finding the right care for your pets can be stressful, especially if you have a reactive dog, a cat who hides from everyone, or a pet with special needs. We’re here to make that easier. No judgment, no pressure—just compassionate, reliable care tailored to your pet’s needs.
We are dedicated to transforming the pet care industry by fostering a team and environment that is inclusive and accessible for everyone, especially for individuals who are neurodivergent, disabled, or face other challenges.
We believe that creating a welcoming space for both our team members and clients enhances the care we provide. As pet care experts, we are committed to driving change, ensuring that both our team and clients experience the highest level of support, understanding, and care!
What We Stand For:
🐾 Trust & Compassion – We meet every pet with patience, kindness, and respect.
🐾 Fear-Free & Positive Reinforcement – We never force interactions and always work at your pet’s pace.
🐾 Inclusivity & Accessibility – Everyone deserves great pet care, and we’re here to make that possible.
🐾 Education & Growth – We’re always learning, adapting, and striving to do better.
🐾 Community & Support – We believe in lifting each other up, pets and humans alike.
At the end of the say this isn't just a business - it's a passion. We're dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space where both pets and their humans feel truly cared for, and where our team is supported and thrives 💜

Rossella | Founder & Lead Pet Care Specialist
Serving South Surrey & areas within 10km

From the moment I could speak, my first word was one of my dogs’ names—a sign of the deep connection I’ve always had with animals. Leaving my dogs behind when I moved to Canada was incredibly tough, and for years, I dreamed of having a pet of my own again.
After university, I struggled to find a career that fit my needs and aspirations. As someone who is neurodivergent and values flexibility, purpose, and autonomy, the traditional 9–5 path felt limiting. Instead of trying to mold myself into a role that didn’t work for me, I decided to create one that did. I started gaining experience by shadowing trainers, walking dogs, and fostering. Eventually, I took the leap and turned my passion into a pet care business.
Now, as a proud cat parent, I can honestly say my fur babies have deepened my understanding of just how much love and care our pets truly deserve. Being neurodivergent with lived experience of disability has also made me especially attuned to the needs of anxious and sensitive animals. I’m a big believer in patience, choice, and positive reinforcement, making sure every pet feels safe, understood, and loved.
But my work isn’t just about caring for pets. I’m passionate about making pet care more inclusive and accessible, especially for disabled and neurodivergent folks.
That’s why I’m building a team that supports one another—creating a space where we can all thrive, share knowledge, and uplift each other. It’s not just about offering top-notch pet care—it’s about making the industry a more welcoming place for everyone.

Julien | Senior Pet Care Specialist
Serving South Surrey

Julien’s love for animals runs deep, and it’s a love that’s now guiding him into a fulfilling career in animal care. After spending years in the corporate world, Julien decided it was time to follow his heart and make a difference in the lives of pets. Over the past year, he’s been shadowing me, gaining hands-on experience, and learning all about positive reinforcement techniques to make sure your pets get the care they deserve.
He’s currently working on his Fear-Free certification to help him provide the most gentle and stress-free experience for your pets. Plus, Julien is fully insured and certified in pet first aid, so you can always trust that your pets are in safe hands.
Julien has a soft spot for animals, especially his own senior kitty, Zelda, and the two playful kittens his family cares for. His calming presence has even helped my own cats warm up to him quickly, which speaks volumes about his ability to connect with animals on a deeper level. Julien is one of the most patient people I know, and that’s one of the reasons animals feel so comfortable around him.
He has a natural gift for calming nervous or anxious animals, especially those who may be wary of men. Julien is thrilled to continue growing in his animal care journey, and he can’t wait to give your pets all the love, patience, and attention they deserve!

Amos | Junior Pet Care Specialist
Greater Vancouver (Including North Vancouver)

Amos brings a deeply personal and heartfelt approach to pet care, shaped by years of living with and caring for animals both at home and through volunteer work. His journey began in childhood, gently training and nurturing a variety of pets—from dogs and cats to the occasional injured grasshopper—always with compassion and attentiveness.
He believes animals carry a quiet wisdom, offering lessons in patience, connection, and presence. This belief guides his care philosophy today.
One of Amos's core strengths is his ability to read and respond to a pet’s body language with empathy and sensitivity, creating a safe and respectful space for each animal he supports.
On weekends, Amos volunteers to walk a friend’s shy dog—an experience that continues to deepen his understanding of non-verbal communication and the importance of calm, consistent care.

Davonna | Junior Pet Care Specialist
Vancouver, Burnaby & North Vancouver

Davonna is a dedicated pet sitter with a wealth of experience caring for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, and guinea pigs. Her love for animals started early, growing up on a farm where she was surrounded by animals of all kinds. This deep connection to animals only grew as she got older and began caring for pets of friends and family.
Over time, Davonna’s passion led her to take on more pet care responsibilities, and through word of mouth, she expanded her client base by referrals from friends of friends.
In addition to her pet care work, Davonna is currently a part-time student at BCIT, balancing her studies while continuing to pursue her love for animals.
With her extensive hands-on experience, Davonna is committed to providing the highest level of care and attention to all the pets she looks after, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well-cared for while their owners are away.
Davonna hopes to build on her experience and expertise, with a goal of caring for more high-needs pets in the future.
She is always looking to expand her skills and deepen her understanding of animal care to meet the needs of every pet, no matter how unique.
