Each stay is thoughtfully tailored to your pet's unique personality and preferences, offering everything from structured enrichment activities to just a little extra love when they need it most.

We offer three levels of care to match different comfort levels and independence. While each tier includes a guideline for how long pets may be left alone, our priority is always their well-being. We aim to minimize alone time whenever possible, ensuring your pet feels safe, relaxed, and supported throughout their stay.

In addition, we manage household tasks like plant care, mail collection, basic cleaning, and waste management to ensure your home is left refreshed 🧼🧹🧘‍♀️

You’ll receive daily updates via text or email to stay connected to your pet’s routine and well-being, giving you peace of mind and a worry-free experience 😌

One hour of exercise daily is guaranteed for dogs during all stays. There is also the option to add additional adventures to your stay.

Tranquil Cove

For easy-going, independent pets (dogs and cats) who are happy with minimal company and are comfortable being left alone for up to 8 hours. This option is ideal for pets who thrive in a quiet, low-maintenance environment with basic care and enrichment.

$125/day per dog

Comfort Cove

For pups who need a calm, reassuring space and are okay being left alone for up to 4–5 hours. This tier is ideal for dogs who may be anxious, reactive, senior, or sensitive to new environments and benefit from a gentle, understanding caregiver and a predictable routine. They'll receive comforting companionship, enriching activities, and a peaceful stay tailored to their unique needs.

$145/day per dog

Serenity Cove

For pups who need additional support and a more nurturing, attentive environment. Ideal for those who cannot be left alone for longer than 2 hours or cannot be left at all and thrive with extra care, attention, and companionship throughout their stay.

$165/day per dog

When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. More details are provided in the service agreement.

Can we request a specific caregiver?

We encourage you to request a specific caregiver, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences. However, please note that different team members service select areas, and availability may vary.

Does your team offer Meet & Greets? 

Meet and greets or virtual meetings are encouraged to ensure your pet's needs are fully understood. Please see more detailed information below. 

How many updates does your team provide?

That's entirely up to your preference! We are happy to send a few updates throughout the day or just 1-2, depending on what you'd like.
Please note that update times may vary each day, but rest assured, you'll always be informed, and you'll know your fur babies are safe and happy!

Does your team offer off leash walks?

Off-leash walks are available after an assessment and based on your pet’s needs. For short-term stays, we typically keep dogs on-leash for safety. We follow safe, positive-reinforcement practices but are not liable for any incidents during off-leash activities. You can also add adventure walks (on-leash or off-leash) to your pet’s stay for an additional cost. See more details below.

What happens if my pet gets sick or injured during a visit or stay?

Your pet’s health and safety are our top priority. If any issues arise, we will immediately contact you and follow your instructions. We are fully insured, and we ask for your vet's contact information and emergency care preferences in the intake form. Our team is committed to preventive care and methods whenever possible.
