Guaranteed: The pets in our care are our priority. We always strive to provide more than just their daily exercise, offering extra enrichment whenever possible. On days where routines vary due to energy levels or circumstances, every dog still receives at least 1 hour of exercise, ensuring their needs are always met.

Tranquil Cove

For independent, easy-going pets comfortable being alone up to 8 hours. This tier offers more than simple supervision—your pet receives thoughtful, personalized attention in a calm, safe environment, with gentle enrichment activities and continuous care to ensure their comfort and well-being all day long.

Comfort Cove

This tier is ideal for puppies & dogs who may be anxious, reactive, senior, or sensitive to changing environments and benefit from a gentle, understanding caregiver and a predictable routine. Even if they can be left alone for shorter periods (4-5 hours), they receive tailored care, comforting companionship, and enrichment designed for their unique needs.

Serenity Cove

For pups who need additional support and a more nurturing, attentive environment. Ideal for those who cannot be left alone for longer than 2 hours or cannot be left at all and thrive with extra care, attention, and companionship throughout their stay.

Holiday Surcharge

A baseline surcharge of +$10 applies on recognized holidays for all pet care services.
Other peak dates or special requests may incur higher or variable premiums, which will be communicated to clients in advance.
