What are your hours?

Our hours vary based on the type of care provided and the availability of each team member. While we aim to be flexible when possible, especially for special time requests, we can't always guarantee exact timing—but we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Are you insured?

Yes! We are insured through Zensurance, which includes general liability, tenant liability, and care for pets in our custody. Our coverage also provides protection for veterinary fees in case of injury during care. Rest assured that your pets and home are in safe hands with our professional, insured services.
