Thoughtfully guided walks focused on confidence, decompression, and gentle
skill-building
Designed With These Dogs in Mind
A puppy or newly adopted dog building (or rebuilding) confidence, routines, and foundational skills
A sensitive or easily overwhelmed dog who benefits from gentle guidance and supportive structure on walks
A dog who experiences outdoor stress or uncertainty and needs help feeling safe and calm in their environment
A desire for predictable, low-stress walking experiences for both you and your dog
A dog who is still developing confidence and emotional regulation skills in new or stimulating environments
Through fun, positive activities, we work on skills like loose leash walking, road and crosswalk safety, recall, impulse control, tricks, and enrichment games. Everything is adapted to your dog’s energy and personality, making learning a safe, supportive, and enjoyable experience
Safe & Supportive Learning
We gently support your dog in exploring new environments at their own pace. Through gradual, positive experiences, we build confidence while helping you recognise and respond to their stress signals with understanding and care
We walk your dog at a calm, easy pace, encouraging choice, exploration, and confidence. Each walk is adaptable and low-stress, helping them feel safe while strengthening our connection
Gentle Guidance on Walks
We prioritise activities that lower arousal and support nervous system regulation. Through natural sniffing, decompression, and enrichment tailored to your dog’s energy, we encourage healthy coping skills and emotional balance

What Sessions Focus On
How It Works
Assessment
This session allows me to observe your pup(s) walking in a natural setting while learning about your routines and handling style
I take a holistic view, considering both your dog’s behaviour and your family dynamic, so I can provide support that truly fits your situation
After Each Session
You’ll receive a brief summary highlighting progress, observations, and simple, practical tips to support your dog at home
Brief text or email check-ins are available between sessions
Follow-Up Sessions
I work with your pup one-on-one
Each walk focuses on regulation, confidence building, and thoughtful, guided exposure to the world around them - adjusted to your dog’s needs and their environment
Sessions are gently structured, supportive, and adaptable - offering freedom and choice for your dog without force, rigidity, or command/obedience based training
Session Length & Flexibility
Assessment and consult sessions involve a total of 1–2 hours, which may include pre-session review of forms and history, the in-person meeting itself, and post-session follow-up to summarize observations and next steps
Most walks are approximately 60 minutes
Shorter or modified sessions may be recommended for young, anxious, or more sensitive dogs to ensure a positive experience.
Sessions can be adjusted or rescheduled as needed, provided changes fall within the timeframes and conditions outlined in your agreement
Support Investment
We offer transparent investment designed to provide steady, intentional support for your dog's co-regulation and growth.
Follow-Up Walks (60 min)
Single Dog: $85
Two Dogs: Adjusted case-by-case (Primarily, I work one-on-one, depending on the dogs’ dynamics and comfort.)
Because building skills and confidence takes time, Mindful Walks work best with a five-week minimum commitment. This gives us enough time to practice skills, build confidence, and support lasting progress in a calm, intentional way
Plan Ahead & Catch Your Momentum
Book a first month of weekly Mindful Walks and enjoy $5 off per walk for that month

Pre-scheduling helps you secure times that fit your routine and ensures your dog gets consistent, intentional walks to build confidence, calm, and skills
What a Time Block Is
A time block is a dedicated chunk of time set aside specifically for your dog’s walk. It ensures I can focus fully on your dog’s needs without interruptions
How It Works
Your session can take place at any point within the scheduled time block. This gives flexibility while keeping the full 60-minute session intact

Time Blocks & Scheduling
Why I Use Them
Time blocks help structure walks in a way that’s manageable for your schedule, my availability, and your dog’s attention span. They ensure sessions are effective, positive, and stress-free

Primarily in South Surrey + White Rock

Real Experiences, Real Progress
"Rossella spent time supporting one of our girls with leash reactivity and helped lay a strong foundation in just a few sessions. We saw real progress, and our walks improved dramatically.
We highly recommend Rossella and her team without hesitation and will definitely be booking again."
